We only allow 21 members to be part of the most elite Florida hunting club in the state. Annual memberships include hunting on all 7000 acres year round. Members are allowed to shoot 3 mature Whitetail Bucks, 3 Whitetail does and 3 Trophy Osceola Turkeys as well as various other wildlife on the property that falls within FWC guidelines. We have many tree stands and feeders that are maintained year round for members use. Hunting the property is on a first come first serve basis, where the member comes and pens up their location he or she will be hunting for that morning or afternoon. When the member gets back in from hunting he or she is required to take down their pen until they go hunting the next morning or afternoon. Rules and Regulations for Roberts Ranch Hunting Club

1. Membership Coverage: Includes the member and immediate family (spouse and children), subject to Roberts Ranch Management approval. A standard membership allows up to two guns in the field, with an option to add a third gun by purchasing an additional membership.
2. Guest Policy:
   • One guest per day is allowed starting on the 10th day of archery and general gun seasons through their conclusion.
   • No guests are permitted during muzzle-loading gun season.
   • During spring turkey season, guests are prohibited for the first nine days and must remain within 100 feet of the member afterward.
   • All guests must have prior approval from Roberts Ranch Management.
3. Guest Fees: $100/day includes one non-tagged doe. Fees, a signed waiver, and compliance with all rules are mandatory. Members are responsible for ensuring these conditions are met. Guests must hunt under the direct supervision of the sponsoring member, and only one guest-harvested buck per membership is allowed annually, subject to an additional fee.
4. Liability Waiver: All members, family, and guests must sign and deposit a Release and Waiver of Liability and Indemnity Agreement upon entering the property. Failure to do so will result in an infraction fee for the responsible member.
5. Compliance with Laws: All members, family, and guests must adhere to Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission regulations and all state and federal laws. Violations will result in immediate termination of membership without a refund.
6. Harvest Limits: Each membership (including family members) is limited to three trophy bucks per year. Guest-harvested bucks, upon payment of the applicable fee, do not count toward this limit. Trophy bucks must meet scoring criteria set by Roberts Ranch Management.
7. Tagging Requirements: Antlerless deer tags will be issued daily (subject to availability) and must be returned at the end of each day. Harvesting tagged does is strictly prohibited and will result in a $1,000 fine.
8. Hunting Restrictions: Still hunting only. Dogs are not permitted for hunting. Firearms must be handled safely, unloaded while in vehicles, and discharged only in approved areas.
9. Camp Guidelines:
   • Camping is allowed only at designated sites, which must be kept clean and orderly.
   • A yearly electric fee will be assessed for members with campers or trailers.
   • Construction activities in the camp area are restricted to specific hours.
10. General Conduct: Members must exhibit respect and good sportsmanship. Issues with other members should be reported to Roberts Ranch Management. Alcohol or drug use while hunting is prohibited and grounds for membership termination.
11. Fines and Infractions: Violations will result in fines or membership termination, with fines escalating from $500 for a first infraction to $1,000 for a second infraction. Membership termination occurs after a third infraction.
12. Rule Changes: Rules and regulations are subject to change by Roberts Ranch Management. Verbal or posted updates will take precedence over written rules.
